As an NDIS provider, Reach is dedicated to realising that bold vision through the provision of person-centred supports built from the needs, goals and interests of NDIS participants living with ongoing mental health challenges. Our mission is to provide recovery through social, community, recreational opportunity. Our method is determined by the needs and interests of our participants.
