We pride ourselves in utilising our continuing education in sport & exercise science to deliver a measureable service that helps clients understand their goals and needs, providing individualised programming and the coaching necessary to ensure success in attaining these goals and far beyond. We have worked with a variety of individuals from numerous training backgrounds and lifestyles with varying levels of experience, ranging from professional athletes to first time trainees.How Our System WorksPrior to starting any training, client's select which service/membership they would like to enrol in. Each client is then provided with a comprehensive initial consultation and physical assessment. This process involves us taking a close look at your injury history, training experience, body composition, posture, body movement, and much more.Using the information gathered during the initial consultation and assessment, we will then design an individualized 12 week training program specifically designed to target your goals and objectives. The attention to detail featured in each and every program requires that we take our time to do it right. Consequently, your individualised training materials will be provided upon return for your second visit.
