With a record that includes the world's first large scale roll out of mobile technology in government (1987) and the world's first web based advice system (1995), we've put technology into service for the citizen for longer than anyone else.We're still breaking new ground; with our ability to look ahead through the introduction of Welfare Reform and with our tools to support continuous client support we're looking ahead to our second 25 years with excitement.
