MultiPolar is a network of experts partnering with governments from emerging economies and developing countries, on national processes related to development policies, climate finance, South-South knowledge exchange, as well as mutual learning with peers and partners from other countries. The network believes that the transformative potential of a multipolar world - where every country can contribute the best of its experiences and solutions - is still to be tapped.MultiPolar works with governments to support country-led efforts 'from within', guided by long-term partnerships based on inter-personal trust, networking among 'believers', high quality standards of analysis/advice, and a shared conviction that true change and real capacity development is possible even in the most challenging political and institutional conditions.Governments partnering with MultiPolar include Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Honduras, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Peru. In addition, MultiPolar's extensive network embraces key players in Brazil, India, Mexico, South Africa, Thailand, and Turkey, among other countries.Supporting government-led initiatives, multilateral and bilateral agencies are also getting involved with MultiPolar.
