I help business professionals and athletes to retrain their breathing to improve concentration and focus, reduce stress and anxiety, increase energy and improve overall health and well being. This leads to more balance, better performance whilst smashing targets and expectations.Typical clients are as varied as CrossFit gyms, Performance Sports Teams, to small and medium sized businesses. Although the range of clients is varied, the common aspect to all clients is the impact of breathing. Through developing an understanding of how functional breathing affects personal and team dynamics, you can learn how to support your staff well being, improve performance and meet goals set.Stress and anxiety is on the rise within the workforce and many employers now find themselves supporting more staff with mental health issues. The content I teach will:● Reduce Stress and anxiety● Create understanding on why we should breathe a specific way● Help build good breathing habits into the working lives of participants● Empower people to take control of their own health and well being, emotional reactions and performanceat home and in work.The workplace is a very complex and ever changing place.
