Foundations and Roots consulting firm started as an idea between two women who saw a gap in the consultancy industry. They noted that the sector was cut throat and male dominated and that women due to gender roles would sometimes struggle to meet the tight deadlines. They decided to come together and explore private, government and civil society sector market through strategic teams of consultants leading to job creation and traction. The idea is to create solid foundations, get to the root of the problem and have strong roots for generations.
