Charm Group is a full service independent advertising agency located in a lovely historical building in the heart of Auckland City. Charm is our new name (September 2018) given to a business that has a 20 year history where it was created by its founder/owner and MD Jo Tacon. It was previously named agency Paragon Two, and this change really heralds the arrival of an exciting new shareholder and director Carren Richardson-Park in to our mix. Carren had collaborated with Jo in 2016 at Paragon Two and become pivotal for Jo in terms of growth, adding some rather seriously clever strategic clout and also very experienced know how. Charm as an agency aims to be all about just that - charming by name & nature! This committed, passionate and talented team believe they should truly be the very best part of their clients day, every day. Jo and Carren are fully dedicated to growing their business, carefully. Their wish is to do this working alongside equally committed kiwi businesses that really want their agency to be at the very top of their game, that value strong relationships, and can rest easy knowing their hard earned budgets are maximised to getting the very best results! This can only be achieved with a relationship that has been built on some old fashioned quality time together (AKA - really getting to know each other well) as we understand your business, your objectives, your challenges, as well as understanding your competition.
