Growing up in a Midwestern kitchen, Angela loved the memories that were forged over the dinner table with her parents, J. Greg and Marjo Little and their famous chili dishes. In 1980, her father began selling his chili at local stores and restaurants in Wisconsin. For 12 years, Angela and her sister Cristina owned and operated Chili Pepper Chili & Dogs restaurant in Appleton Wisconsin, where they perfected more chili based recipes. Many fond memories were made and culinary adventures taken during "the restaurant years."In 2014, those same chili recipes became the foundation for Angela and her husband Claude's new company, Little's Specialty Foods, Inc. Initiating their packaged-food products introduction in Wisconsin where the Little's recipes already had a loyal franchise of followers, they quickly expanded into the Northeast market area. Keeping the heritage of the family name, today the company's Little's Cuisine brand offers even more delicious products and convenient meal solution mixes, sold in many grocery stores across the country.Angela continues the family passion for creating and talking about fresh, honest, and delicious food.
