Since our early years we have planned, designed and provided construction phase services for literally hundreds of new construction and renovation projects for Federal, State and local agencies as well as property managers and owners throughout the Washington – Baltimore metropolitan area.INTECaec's key personnel have worked together since 1987. We incorporated as INTEC Engineers in 1990 and went on to become The INTEC Companies in 1992 reflecting expanded services that included Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Facility Management Support. Our mission of design excellence and long-term cooperative client relationships has not changed since the firm first opened its doors.
