We specialize in authentic TRX training and are a premier TRX facility. Melissa Roberson is a level 3 Certified TRX coach. We also offer Yoga and spin classes. Our goal is to help as many people as possible change their lives for the better, through coaching people to move better, become present in the moment, and love themselves for who they are.
