"Calories are too precious to waste on bad chocolate" is our motto. Everything made by us is handmade out of custom dark and white chocolate and are made to order. We have recently added peanut butter fudge to our line, too. Our specialties are dark chocolate peanut crunch, Troubadour Truffles (made with Jack Daniels), Magnolia Truffles (made with Amaretto), dark chocolate coated pretzels, dipped apricots and chocolate covered caramel popcorn to mention a few. We also specialize in white chocolate business cards with either company logos or the actual business cards done in edible ink - a very different gift to hand out to clients or to use at conventions or trade shows. We also do a dark chocolate state of Tennessee shaped chocolate and have many specialty molds to fit different needs.
