Rich Jersey milk is used to produce the ice cream along with the ever increasing pedigree of Jersey Herd who are pampered and managed to produce a year-round supply of fresh milk with a high cream content.The market response to the ice cream has grown rapidly year upon year, resulting in increased sales exceeding expectation.
