The line Santi Quattrorose is the heart of the production SANTI & C 1898, having reflected the tradition handed down for four generations. Gorgonzola, unmistakable for taste and lightness, is available in two versions: "Fior di Gorgonzola" (creamy and sweet taste) and "Gran Sapore" (consistent and spicy taste). The line Quattrorose includes also Gorgonzola-based and mascarpone-based products having high gastronomic quality and a delicate taste. Santi has created an erborinated spicy from goat milk, Capriccio di Santi. It is digestible and assimilable by the human body. It is particularly suitable to whom who is allergic to the cow milk. The firm proposes other products with trademark Santi & C 1898 (provolone, fontal, mozzarella, taleggio, ...), always remaining faithful to its company philosophy, which guarantee high quality products also in the selection.
