All of our benefit counselors are paid entirely by salary, never commission. This allow our enrollment team to remain objective at all times and take a consultative approach with employees. We take an agnostic approach to technology because our belief is that there is no one-size-fits-all system. Our team has enrollment experience with many platforms on the market and can help consult with clients and brokers to identify specific needs, as well as, cost. In most situations we are able to leverage our technology and carrier partnerships to subsidize some or all of the cost. Systems can be utilized for year-round benefits administration or a "one and done" at open enrollment only.
