TLC's mission is to provide a nurturing, enriching, and optimally challenging early childhood experience for preschoolers who are typically developing and those with special developmental needs. Our Philosophy •All children are able to learn •All children have important, meaningful contributions to make •All children can succeed if given high quality learning experiences. We know that when children feel empowered and comfortable and confident and proud, they can perform independently, collaboratively and cooperatively. If they value and respect themselves, then they can value and respect others. If they are eager and excited early learners, they will likely be lifelong learners. For over 25 years, we've been preparing children to make the world they live in a better place. And we're proud to say it has been working.
