Location of Projects The projects will be located anywhere in Nigeria with effective housing demand and a conducive socio-economic, political and religious environment. Calabar The part of 363 hectares of land, covered by a Customary Right of Occupancy located along MCC Road Calabar. The access road is tarred and the land is approximately 10 kilometers from Effio-Ette round-about/CROSPHIL Premier Housing Estate both at the heart of Calabar Metropolis and 15 kilometers from UNICEM and Dangote Cement factories. KMCO is a key member of the Integrated Cooperative Union, Bwari with its secretariat at our property - Kabom Court Kubwa. The Union has applied for 75 hectares of land for a Cooperative Social Housing Village, in the FCT. The processing of the land application has reached an advance stage. The Start-Up Housing Project at Obajana, Lokoja LG, Kogi State Obajana is a cement town, housing the biggest cement factory in Africa Dangote cement. There is also a Dangote Industrial Academy located in Obajana. A very high percentage of the working age population is gainfully employed.
