I am a traditional naturopath/functional nutritional practitioner. I have been in practice for over 7 years. I am a consultant, author, speaker and educator. I see clients in person or by phone seeing clients in many states across the country. I am available for speaking engagements or seminars/workshops. I am different than other practitioners because I believe that not only your biochemical individuality shapes your health but also your psychological and social individuality, therefore I customize health plans to get results with all of that into consideration. I recommend diet, lifestyle, nutritional herbs and supplements for your health. I do not rely on gimmicks and I DO NOT belong to any MLM's. I am a hardworking, honest and practical holistic nutritionist. I cut through all the noise and help you identify where you need the help. I won't recommend a supplement or a test unless there is strong evidence you need those things. Other practitioners cannot promise the same level of expertise or commitment to your personal health.I have my Doctorate in Traditional Naturopathy, my Master of Science in Health and Nutrition Education, my Certificate in Nutritional Counseling. In addition I have experience and degrees in education, public speaking/communications. I am a published author. My first book is titled: Let's Get Real about Eating: A practical guide to nutrition and health, ISBN: 978-1-4525-7427-1. My second book: My Kid's a Picky Eater: Twelve Secrets to Changing your Child's Eating is due out in December, 2014.
