Property Genius is a modern sales, lettings and property management company that aims to stand out from the crowd – notice how our website looks nothing like other agents'? That's not an accident. Today, we're working with over 800 landlords bringing our unique approach to the South Manchester region. That's a phenomenal achievement, but we still remember our background, our focus, our goal.We know what's important to both landlords and tenants and we've developed some pretty great services and features to meet those needs, bringing it all together in ways other agents can't. Of course, we're members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and protect our tenants' deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) but we go further. We have a passion for getting to know our customers and have an ability to use technology to give us an advantage.
