Industree Foundation is a social enterprise with a mission to create and enhance producer-owned rural livelihoods. Industree Foundation has so far trained 30,000 producers in the creative manufacturing sector. It has also incubated two producer enterprises which comprise of 2,000 artisans, and service customers like Ikea and Mother Earth. Industree Foundation has initiated Mission Creative Million to celebrate the skills and cultural legacy of creative producers. By 2026, it aims to create significant social and economic impact for one million artisans by setting up 30,000 inclusive enterprises, tied together on a single digital platform that is harnessed by the power of technology and the smartphone revolution, with a focus on skill development and gender equality.
