Beloved Economies translates six years of research into a time-bound narrative change campaign that shares stories, practices, and resources for teams and groups that challenge the norms of the extractive economy. By providing compelling alternatives for how we work, Beloved Economies illustrates that different ways of working are not only possible but already happening. The Beloved Economies campaign focuses on transforming narratives surrounding the workplace because we have found that when we change how we work in teams and groups, we change the economy at large. Together, these individual and collective shifts can bring us closer to economies that sustain long term community healing, resilience, and wellbeing.
