In January-2009, Zeppelin Silos & Systems GmbH ( Friedrichshafen ) acquired Alpha through its Indian subsidiary Zeppelin Systems India Pvt. Ltd.The management had decided to continue and develop further the work done by M/s Alpha Projects Services Pvt. Ltd.
