Welcome to the page for the 7th Judicial District of Kansas, the District Court of Douglas County. The District Court is divided into eight divisions. District judges preside over Divisions 1 through 6, and two pro tem judges presides over the Pro Tem Division. The office issues processes including summons, subpoenas and warrants, as well as post-judgment process enforcing court mandates. The clerk is also responsible for jury management and acting as the treasurer for the Michael J Malone Douglas County Law Library.
