The new Telecare Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) brings rapid crisis support to people in the community delivered by a dedicated team of mental health professionals with law enforcement involvement only where necessary. It's an exciting opportunity to expand much-needed crisis care in San Diego County — in a way that is safe, accessible, and compassionate. Our goals are to help people to get the support they need and reduce unnecessary law enforcement involvement, ER visits, and hospitalizations.
