Heartland offers a full suite of customer service programs including economic development incentives to help our customer communities grow and thrive. Our energy efficiency program, Power Forward, assists both cities and consumers make efficient purchases. Heartland also offers a cybersecurity program to ensure customers are protecting their valuable assets. Heartland is governed by an eleven-member board of directors, each member publicly elected during the general election to six-year, staggered terms.
