Stephen Wiggins began practicing law in Tuscaloosa, Alabama upon his admission to the Alabama State Bar in 1977. While continuing to maintain a selective litigation practice, Mr. Wiggins has increasingly focused his efforts on estate planning, elder law, and probate matters. In 2010 he was joined by his son, Attorney Raley L. Wiggins, and together they founded Red Oak Legal, P.C. in 2013, with offices in Tuscaloosa and Montgomery.Raley L.
