DCE is a locally owned business that focuses on fresh ingredients and unexpected flavor combinations, scratch-made daily. We use seasonal local ingredients when possible.Anna was born in Guatemala and developed a love for food and cooking at an early age. Shawn, a native of Silver Spring, has a background in finance but is a connoisseur of delicious food.
