About our 2NDFLOOR Youth Text and Helpline:180 Turning Lives Around also runs a statewide helpline for NJ's youth called 2NDFLOOR Youth Text and Helpline. 2NDFLOOR provides 24/7 confidential and anonymous support to young people in the state of NJ.
