We are an assistant outsourcing agency where we specialize in hiring, managing, and growing executive assistants for solopreneurs and small business owners. We started 2xYou with the goal of training executive assistants to become a second brain to the founder. We do this through self-development, leadership, and project management training that builds the assistants to be more than they thought they could be and to build freedom for the business owner.We exist to empower entrepreneurs to scale their business that grows beyond them and to encourage their assistants to be more than who they thought they could be. Founded in 2018, we first started as a training and coaching company for entrepreneurs looking to hire remotely and started the agency when we saw the demand for having strategic training and coaching for the assistant themselves to support the entrepreneur better.
