He graduated from The State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine in 1990 and did an Internship in General Surgery at the University of Buffalo in 1991. Following this training, he did a two year Research Fellowship at Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo studying vaccine development for otitis media. In 1997 he finished his training in Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Buffalo and was board certified a year later by the American Board of Otolaryngology in adult and pediatric medicine. He has a special interest in rhinology and paranasal sinus problems.Dr. Paolini is a Clinical Assistant Professor with The SUNY at Buffalo Department of Otolaryngology. He is the 2012-2013 President of the Erie County Medical Society and has held numerous positions within the state and local medical societies. He is a Delegate of the Medical Society of the State of New York and was elected to the Board of Governors of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Paolini is also the past President of the Buffalo Otolaryngology Society.Avriel Kopp, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Health Studies and Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen College. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, New York State Society of Physician Assistants and The Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery.
