LiFE OF HOPE provides programs and resources to help people better understand the topic ofsuicide risk factors, ideation, behaviors, interventions, and the LiFE that exists through HOPE andhealing.LiFE OF HOPE utilizes three "Pillars of Influence" to meet our mission of reducing the number ofsuicide attempts thereby leading to the natural reduction in the lives lost to and affected by suicide herein the Washington County area. These Pillars include awareness, education, and support. We focus onraising awareness on the topic of suicide, reducing the stigma associated with suicide and mental healthissues, educating people on preventative approaches, and providing peer led support groups to thosewho have suffered from suicide ideation and their loved ones.SUICIDE IS PREVENTABLEOne community.One family.One LiFE at a time.
