Pacific Design & Construct Pty Limited is building a proud record of delivering difficult projects in live environments. Whether they are new buildings within existing operable premises, complex refurbishments or minor works. Our projects are undertaken in occupied areas where there are various safety, noise and disruption factors that need to be understood and managed. We manage each project on an individual basis and apply the same focus on planning to every project, developing a project management plan and detail construction programmes to ensure we know how we are going to build the job and manage the risks.PDC cover every type of commercial project, from retail shops in busy shopping centres, corporate offices, restaurants, universities, banks, service centres, casinos and hospitals across NSW as well as interstate. We deliver top quality commercial building fit-outs and refurbishments to not only achieve but also exceed your expectations. PDC is aware of the restrictions imposed while buildings remain occupied which is why we ensure our team are fully informed from the site management planning stage. PDC only employ those with hands-on abilities and proven success in their fields with most having over twenty year's experience and are always finding avenues to upskill and further educate themselves with what's current in today's building market. For us, the relationships we form with our clients are long-lasting and extend well past the day of handover which is very important to PDC and is evident with the repeat business we obtain.
