We are based in Benoni, and service the East Rand area. We offer accounting, payroll & administration services and solutions. We are registered with the International Association of Accounting Professionals (IAAP) and with South African Institute of Tax (SAIT).We assist small businesses by ensuring that their accounting is accurate and up-to-date and assist in putting administration procedures in place to make work-place function more efficiently. With over 20 years' experience, in the accounting field, we are able to offer our clients affordable services in accounting, payroll and administration.Experience includes reception duties, stores and stock control, PA to MD, debtors, creditors and accounts up to balance sheet. We have a good understanding of inter-departmental procedures and how departments are dependant receiving correct and accurate documentation and information from each other. We focus primarily on ensuring that all information is recorded accurately, using Sage Pastel 50Cloud accounting package and Sage VIP Payroll, and that all paper work is filed systematically to ensure documents can be found easily. We work closely with the client's auditors/accountants on a continuous basis.We outsource the compiling of the Annual Financial Statements.ACCOUNTING -using Sage Pastel 50Cloud, we are able to perform certain functions of bookkeeping as required by the client, or the full accounting function up to balance sheet level, where the recorded accounting information is ready for the auditors/accountants to finalise the Annual Financial statements;PAYROLL -we can process your weekly & monthly payroll on VIP Payroll; produce required reports and submit EMP501 to SARS bi-annually;ADMINISTRATION -assist with administration, and with implementation & restructuring of procedures for the administration office to run more smoothly and efficiently.
