SAPAA is a non-profit trade association whose members represent alcohol and drug testing service agents, including third-party administrators (TPAs), in-house administrators, Medical Review Officers (MROs), DHHS Certified Laboratories, Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs), manufacturers of testing devices, and collection sites/collectors.
