AEGEE-Groningen is the European student association in Groningen, and is part of the largest student association of Europe: AEGEE-Europe. AEGEE is short for Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l'Europe. The student association is active in over 40 countries and 150 cities in Europe. In total, more than 13.000 people are member of an AEGEE-local. As a part of this network, AEGEE-Groningen organizes both social and educational activities, which are aimed at furthering connections between Dutch and international students in Groningen, and at bringing students closer to Europe and different European cultures. You can come and meet us every Wednesday (in non-COVID times) at 22:00 in Café de Brouwerij (Poelestraat 27), during our weekly social drink!
