For Brokers and Packagers who wish to outsource that area of their business Pure will act on the Intermediary's behalf and source the Valuation from one of the Lender's approved Panel of Valuers. Having sourced the Valuation Pure will then manage the process of ensuring appointments are made and the Reports are returned in an efficient and professional manner.3. It provides a Process Management service to Lenders seeking to manage the repossession and sale of Residential property. Pure will act to source Lender approved service providers and manage the process of Asset Realisation on behalf of Lender clients.
