TUFMINDS is a mental resilience and suicide prevention program provided by the Exqisit Life Foundation, a not- for- profit, registered charity (No 159 616 298). Established in 2018 by Drs John and Elizabeth McIntosh, the FREE TUFMINDS smartphone App is being used in 51 countries around the world.The TUFMINDS programs are saving lives from suicide on a daily basis, as well as, dramatically improving mental resilience, stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and life coping skills.TUFMINDS follows established best practice as accepted by medical and psychological services. It reinforces information the individual will receive when they attend professional services and the whole program has been developed using experts from all the specific fields of mental health. For example there are modules created by medical practitioners, counsellors, drug and Alcohol providers, Domestic Violence providers, Postvention providers, meditation and mindfulness specialists.As a result, TUFMINDS not only delivers best practice, it is created with the leaders in the various fields to ensure that the advice and treatment is cutting edge and leading the field.The TUFMINDS charity events aim to raise funds to:-- Continue to collaborate with CQ University and James Cook University, in providing much needed research into suicide prevention.- Provide support to community organisations and charities.- Partner with community organisations to provide much needed programs for those at risk.
