Every year tonnes of nutritious food are wasted; roughly 1,3 bn tonnes according to the UN. Other foods travel around the globe to reach consumers, and hereby challenging our climate. Circular Food Technology have invented a method to locally recover and up-cycle industrial food byproducts and transform them into sustainable and delicious new super food ingredients.We transform the spent grains from beer production into a versatile super flour, rich on protein and fibre, with delicious aromas from the malt it originates from. Our mission is to create a circular food recovery system accessible for all people across the world.Our 6 commitments are:1. We want to reduce industrial Food Waste 2.
