Inland Southern California United Way Inland Southern California United Way (ISCUW) has served the region since 1931. We unite people, ideas, and resources to empower our community and improve lives. We envision an equitable and just community, an extraordinary place to live, learn, work, and grow. ISCUW's service region includes the majority of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. ISCUW conducts grantmaking and designated giving efforts, workplace campaigns and corporate volunteer engagements, and engages in advocacy focused on health, housing, education, and financial stability policy change. ISCUW provides impactful messaging, strong financial systems, and leadership for Inland Southern California 211+. Inland Southern California 211+ (ISC211+) is a subsidiary of Inland Southern California United Way and serves more than 300,000 households each year representing about 750,000 people across the entirety of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Established in 2005, the ISC211+ Contact Center answers over 200,000 calls per year for health and human service needs including and not limited to housing, utilities, food, healthcare, employment, childcare, social service resources, veteran services, transportation, and crisis intervention. In addition to operating specialty call lines for COVID-19 information and vaccine appointments, ISC211+ offers 48 in-house programs, curates a database of more than 1,500 agencies and 3,000 health and human service programs, and conducts data analysis for on-the-ground real-time community needs. Our largest programs are the ISC211+ Contact Center, Rent Relief Assistance, Coordinated-Entry System, and multiple initiatives and partnerships for employment, reentry, youth, families, seniors, and more.
