Known is a community oriented space that challenges you to get to know yourself fully and embrace a joy filled life that you love! Welcome to your liberation station! My name is Keziah and I am the Founder and CEO of Known. In 2018, I walked away from all societal expectations and set off to rediscover my joy, travel, and heal as I processed grief. On my journey, I reconnected to the core of who I am and discovered so many others living under the pressure of who they "should be" while feeling disconnected from their bodies and their dreams.Through Known, I am on a mission to remedy that and help others discover who they were before the world told them who to be. My aim is to liberate while infusing joy and movement into everyday life as a form of therapy. I merged personal techniques, my cultural background, and professional expertise, in Dance, Wholistic Care, Mental Health, Advocacy, & Counseling to create genuine, fun, and effective methods to help us all consistently return to, and embrace, our most complete selves and live a life we love on our own terms.
