SAINTGITS College of Engineering is a premier autonomous educational institution, Founded by a group of pioneering educators, we at Saintgits College of Engineering (Autonomous) seek to expose young minds to the world of technology and encourage all-round development of the mind. Saintgits College of Engineering has been granted Autonomous status by the University Grants Commission (UGC), making the institution one among the first three Engineering Colleges in Kerala to achieve this coveted status. The status was conferred in recognition of the academic excellence, expert faculty, industry connect, placement records, extracurricular activities and state of the art infrastructure offered by the institution. Saintgits is the only unaided institution in Kerala with 7 NBA accredited programmes. Saintgits College of Engineering offers Bachelor's degree courses in nine engineering disciplines, and Master's degree courses in Engineering, Computer Applications and Business Administration.The Open Source Club of SAINTGITS College of Engineering was inaugurated on 06th of January 2021. The club was inaugurated by David Boswell, Director of Ecosystems at The Linux Foundation. The Open Source Club aim to promote the open source culture among the faculty and students of the college.
