Established in 2005, PACE Organization of Rhode Island is a nonprofit health plan serving adults 55 and older who have chronic health needs and want to remain at home in the community. Today we serve over 350 participants from all over the state.PACE is unique because it brings together a coordinated team of doctors, nurses, social workers and therapists to provide care that addresses the specific medical and social needs of older adults.
