We started out with a mobile wood-fired oven in 2009, touring markets and festivals throughout Cork and further afield. Since 2010, we've been resident in the beer garden of the Franciscan Well Brew Pub on Cork's North Mall. This grew from one-night-a-week into a daily service. We now have a custom-built outdoor kitchen where we prepare all our ingredients on-site. Our pizzas have a unique thin base. We use the finest Italian type-00 flour in our dough. We roast our sauce in the wood -fired oven. We source quality ingredients from local suppliers including Toons Bridge Dairy, The Real Olive Company, and The Gubeen Smokehouse. Over the years our business has grown and changed, but our focus has never shifted from creating the tastiest traditional pizza from the finest ingredients, baked in our wood-fired ovens.
