At Physio Fitness Australia, our aim is to relieve you of pain quickly and effectively, restoring confidence and promoting a speedy recovery from injuries. We are dedicated to managing and preventing sports, training and fitness injuries. We have Physiotherapists and Remedial Massage Therapists who work closely with Medical Practitioners, Specialists and Health Club Personal Trainers. Our therapists are specialists in treating and preventing back and neck pain, sports injuries and work injury rehabilitation. All our clinics have beautifully presented private treatment rooms, with one-on-one treatments. We have full use of the health clubs, providing an extensive exercise and rehabilitation service. All our clinics are open to the public, are open early, close late and are also open on most Saturdays. - you DO NOT have to be a Fitness First member to see us. Because we work closely alongside the health club Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors, we provide treatments and exercises that will get you back on your fitness track in the fastest possible time and prevent the breakdown of your training regime and lifestyle.
