During the first 5 months of 2021 the number of employees has grown from 12 to 184.CHL is developing its own unique gambling platform with customized features for the African, LATAM and other developing markets. In certain countries the company already operates its own online casinos, sports betting websites and betting shops, operating in strict compliance with local laws. CHL will only enter a market that has a clear regulatory framework in a predictably stable business environment.In terms of management, the company has implemented several managerial strategies, unique to the gambling industry, including; employee stock options, a ‘lead as an owner – own as a leader' business model and a horizontal management structure, operating in full transparency with team members, business partners, and investors.Subsidiaries of CHL already have licenses issued by regulators in; Kenya, Zambia, Ethiopia and Curaçao, with the company in the final stages of obtaining gaming licenses in; Cameroon, Madagascar, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa and Tanzania. Several other markets are currently being actively explored, including; Benin, DRC, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Malawi, Mali, Mauritius, Namibia and Uganda. By the end of 2021, CHL intends to have operations in at least 10 markets and aims to enter an additional 5-8 markets, managed by over 500 employees, by end of 2022.
