PIPLinks exists to uphold and promote the collective and individual human rights of Indigenous Peoples and other land-based communities. We are committed to upholding the rights of Indigenous Peoples to maintain and develop their culture, to live according to their beliefs, and to determine, control and benefit from any use of their lands and resources founded on a belief in the priority, for all human societies, of respect for human rights, including the rights of freedom of thought and belief and the intergenerational care for the earth.PIPLinks is a network of individuals and organisations with a shared interest in supporting the principles of local autonomy, cultural diversity and international solidarity alongside indigenous peoples. We aim to assist in building links and partnerships between indigenous peoples organisations, especially in the Philippines, and the other peoples of the world PIPLinks tries to increase it's effectiveness by cooperating with other groups and building an effective network of linkage.
