Regarding the end, it's the last day of the month when their contract ends. If they start another contract within 2 weeks, coverage will be extended.Q: What is COBRA like?A: After the end of the month, when benefits end, they will receive a COBRA notification that they have 60 days to decide if they want to continue their coverage.Q: Do your contracts have guaranteed hours?
