Born from our founders' frustration with a void of personalized mental resilience insight and support tools in a world ripe with tools to optimize our productivity and distraction, we set out on the warpath to redesign and individualize our experience at work and school. Rift Valley is building a first-of-its-kind platform that empowers people to understand and improve their mental resilience as they progress through the complex environments of higher education and enter the workforce. We see "burn out" not as a outcome, but a symptom of institutional systems designed to manage and support fungible students and workers.
