The Family Business Council-Gulf (FBCG) is the GCC chapter of the largest global family business organization, Family Business Network (FBN) with over 16,000 members across 50 countries. A safe and trusted environment for Family Business members to learn from one another. FBC Gulf is a private, non-profit organization launched in April 2012. We are governed by a Board of Directors, formed in February 2013, representing a group of leading GCC family businesses, chaired by Omar Alghanim. Our Board steers and builds our organization in the GCC. Our Board shares a common view that the continuity and prosperity of family businesses are vital for the economic sustainability of the region, and can play an important positive role in society.
