Our StoryMany people struggle in talking about their mental health. Either they are brought for help in secrecy or the person suffering is compelled by a family member for help. One in every individual is living with a mental health condition in Pakistan but mental health taboo is preventing people from seeking help. Most of the problems stem during emerging adulthood so we wanted to fight this stigma by reaching out to community (Gen Zed's, Millenials), encouraging them to seek mental health and empowering them to bring mental health awareness to their own educational campuses, families and friends. We feel that reaching out to society at large can make things better. ‘The Kindlers', a mental health platform was created to spread the word that it's ok to talk about mental health. Our MissionThe kindlers mission is to bring emotional well-being to community at large by eradicating mental health stigma through community awareness, engagement and clinical intervention services. Our Vision At The Kindlers, advocacy, awareness and clinical intervention services will continue to be our utmost priority for happier emerging adults and healthy community.
