The idea to use harmless CO2 to eliminate all of these solvents, originated in the pathology laboratory of the University Medical Centre Groningen. Tispa Medical successfully converted the idea to a new tissue processor that sets the new standard. The CO2 we use is not produced, but reclaimed from industry and is therefore completely environmentally friendly.
